Building Bridges

Assisting Students and Their Families to Plan for the Future

Building Bridges is a Ministry funded Program through the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS), recognizing that it's a free program.

Our Building Bridges staff connect with high school students ( ages 14-21, enrolled in school) living with developmental disabilities. While still in high school, our staff will assist students and their families to plan for the future.

With a focus on accessing services that will be needed as adults, discovering post-secondary education, and employment opportunities.

Our staff will also help to connect students to social groups, as well as assisting in the enrolment of recreational and social activities.

Below you will find the application form.
